Responsibilities:

• To manage and execute in-game events to ensure successful execution and ensure that you remain
  professional and unbiased to all players.
• To provide in-game support to end-users on a professional level.
• To moderate game forums and build game community and ensure customers are well taken care of.
• To ensure continuous update of information on various channels.
• To investigate in-game hacking

Requirements:

• Must be able to work full time at our operations in Phileo Damansara
• Preferred to have customer service background and have good communication skills
• Must be passionate for Online Games
• Preferred to have Games Master experience
• Have experience with managing a community
• Preferred to have multilingual capabilities (English, Chinese and Malay)
